Problem & context

A full CRM suite covering pipeline and deal management, contact and referral tracking, and a multi-workspace automation engine — built to let teams design their own automated processes without touching code.

The pipeline module offers draggable deal management with custom stages and won/lost tracking, while contact and referral management adds map-based location tracking on top.

At its center is a visual drag-and-drop workflow builder with conditional branching and dynamic node resizing, powering automated email campaigns, reminders, and KPI-driven reporting across multiple workspaces.

A complete email module (inbox, sent, drafts, spam, trash) rounds out the suite, all governed by role-based access control that determines resource visibility and permissions per user.
